They will all tell you something different.

When you tour one of our communities, you might notice the smell of fresh coffee wafting through the air from the coffee bar, or the fact that many of our residents can put teenagers to shame at Wii Sports. Maybe it's the class roster posted in the hallway, or the trip schedule outlining the weeks' activities for a day of shopping or a trip to the museum.

One thing we have learned over the years is that our residents appreciate being listened to, not just heard. Many activities and outings are planned around shared interests, and we work diligently to group activities when possible so everyone participating has the opportunity to do what they want to do.

At the Brookfield, our Activity Directors, Nutritionists and Chefs spend a fair amount of time listening to what our residents have to say.
