Hot Springs offer’s Care Levels 1 & 2
Level 1:
- Assistance with medication
- Injections
- Supervised health and wellness program, including blood pressure and weight management
- Monthly health and wellness reviews
- Scheduling appointments
- Verbal reminders for meals and activities
- Every 2 hour checks
Level 2:
- All of the services in Level 1
- Assistance with hands-on care with am and/or pm dressing
- Assistance with hands-on care with am and/or pm grooming
- Assistance with hands-on care with bathing 3 x per week
- Continent Care Program
- Escorting Program within the building
