Meet our Administrators
Since 2007, Brookfield Senior Living has been dedicated to serving Arkansas seniors and their families. From the beginning we have always believed that what makes a community stand out are the administrators and staff that devote their lives to serving our residents. Each of our administrators has over a decade of senior care experience, and they are available to help answer any questions that you may have about Brookfield or senior living generally. Ellie Harvey
Administrator at Brookfield Senior Living — Bella Vista
I grew up in Van Buren, AR and have worked in the health care field for over 40 years now. In 2023 I celebrated my 10th anniversary as a Brookfield administrator!
My favorite part of my job is sitting down with our residents and hearing the stories that they have to tell. Each of them has their own unique life experience, and it is a privilege to get to know them and hear the wisdom that they have to share!
I enjoy golfing, crocheting, and especially fishing. I am an avid sports fan and have two dogs, Chewy and Scout.
My husband Trevis and I love to travel. We have a goal of making it to all 50 states (we still have a few to go!). My husband and I had a farm in Cecil, AR for approximately eight years. Something most people don’t know about me is that I really enjoy running a backhoe and can make a pretty good mess if given a chance!

Administrator at Brookfield Senior Living — Fort Smith
I grew up in a small town outside of Greenwood, AR and joined the Brookfield team over a decade ago. I believe that everyone should enjoy what they do, and I learned early on that I truly enjoy caring for seniors. I love each and every one of my residents, and my favorite part of the job is coming into work and seeing their smiling faces every day!
Outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and most of all playing around in my kitchen and trying new recipes!
Julia Scott
Administrator at Brookfield Senior Living — Hot Springs
I grew up in Hot Springs and moved back here in 2021 after living in St. Louis for a number of years. I have over 26 years of experience in senior living and have been an administrator at Brookfield for three.
My favorite part of my job is knowing that what we do every day makes a real difference in people’s lives. I love having the opportunity to build deep relationships with residents and their families. I also love spending time with our residents and making sure that they always feel like they are truly at home when they are at Brookfield!
I have two sons, both of whom live in Hot Springs, and two “fur-children”: Piper, a 5-year-old Shipoo, who loves to visit the residents, and Isabel, a 20-year-old calico cat. I love all things gardening, antiquing, and home interior design. My favorite sports teams are the Razorbacks (of course!) and the St. Louis Cardinals. Something that many people don’t know about me is that I like 70’s and 80’s rock music and love going to rock concerts!
