Brookfield’s “keep things simple and focus on what matters” mission extends to our pricing.

Many larger corporate senior living communities advertise low initial rates to get residents in the door. Once a resident has moved in, though, they're faced with a-la-carte care charges that quickly add up.

We decided to go in a different direction.

At Brookfield Senior Living, we stick with simple, straightforward levels of care and all-inclusive pricing. Our “peace-of-mind” pricing makes it easier for residents and their families to plan for the future and not worry about their bill increasing every month.

Without all those extra charges, living at Brookfield generally costs residents less in the long run than most a-la-carte communities.

We offer three simple levels of care: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care:

• Our Independent Living option provides the benefits of the Brookfield lifestyle, including a full calendar of social activities, meals, all-inclusive utilities, housekeeping, and constant proximity to experienced caregivers to those who do not need help with the activities of daily living.

• Our Assisted Living option provides you with all the benefits of the Brookfield lifestyle, but also includes help from our trained staff with activities of daily living. This can include preparing your medications, helping you get to and from meals and activities, and helping with bathing and other daily tasks. Our goal is to facilitate your independence so that you can live your best life.

• Our Memory Care option, which is available at our Bella Vista and Hot Springs communities, provides extra assistance with individuals who are dealing with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, vascular dementia, or frontotemporal dementia. We take the safety and wellbeing of your loved one seriously, and our specially trained staff provide best-in-class care in a secure environment.

• For those who just need a temporary stay or want to try out our community before moving in, we also offer a temporary Respite Care option.

These care levels are the same across all three types of care: assisted living, memory care, and respite care.
